Outsourcing is a great way to save time and get more work done, but lately I've gotten to the point where I don't want to do much of anything myself. I'd rather pay someone else to do it, then tweak the work afterwords.

I guess I'd like to think of myself as a director and I'm simply directing people to do my bidding. The mindset of a BOSS.

Outsourcing has clearly made me a lazier marketer.
