chicosan: You'll have to forgive me. I was having trouble with which fact you claim isn't true. Was it where the national registry could not locate the hyphenated financial guru's, or was it when the University was contacted they had no record of either ever being students, let alone graduating with a BS Degree in Financial Management?
So please enlighten all of us as to which one you were referring to when you keep ducking this question; or keep trying to claim none of it is FACTUAL.

Chicosan, you will have to excuse me as I forgot to reply to this comment of yours in regard to my statement, and I quote:
Guess you only want to degate what you want to debate and leave the rest alone. Kind of hard to "debate" someone who won't even admit these two so-called financial experts are liars.
"You really like that word, don't you. According to YOU only."
Thought the University would appreciate your calling them a liar, so I sent your quote to them. I spoke to a very nice lady who, when she stopped laughing, wanted to know why would the University lie about someone who received a degree by saying they didn't? I had to admit their was no logical or rational answer, but she did tell me the University loves to "feature" alumni that have gone on to great success. But alas they couldn't do that here since they don't exist.
So why don't you contact them and have them tell you what names they used when they got their degrees, because they certainly didn't use their hyphenated names.
So please tell me what part of them being liars is not true again.

Since you want to debate the merits of this program, thought I would discuss this part of your post, and I quote: "The biggest difference between publicly offered and regulated TEPs, and private placement TEPs, is that the private placement TEPs, have an immediate value based on its maturity value which is available to the Sophisticate/Accredited Investor as soon as the policy is issued, in other words you don’t have to hold a private placement TEP for 7/8 years before it has accrued sufficient value to make it possible to sell it, this reality is demonstrated by the fact that the Bank will offer a loan of 60% of the endowment policy’s face value (maturity value) to the Sophisticated/Accredited Investor (Trust partner Venture Capital firm) as soon as it is issued, and since Banks only give loans against good collateral, it should be equally clear that these type of private placement endowment policies constitutes excellent collateral, as otherwise no such loan would be forthcoming."
In regard to this specific comment: Sophisticated/Accredited Investor (Trust partner Venture Capital firm), guess these financial guru's don't really understand what a Venture Capital firm really does or they wouldn't have mentioned them as being a "Sophisticated Accredited Investor." Venture Capital firms provide expansion or start-up capital to businesses. They offer investment capital for entry-level, early stage, mezzanine, bridge or working capital business situations. I am not going to go into all the various means by which they "invest" this money to a business, because each deal is different and depends on what stage the company is in when they invest. It also depends on the terms of the need, duration, and cycle of the business.
There is a National and International publication listing all the venture capital firms, what types of investing they do, the type of businesses they invest in, the industry types, the types of businesses they won't invest in, the contact person or persons for the various industries they accept, and how much capital as a firm they have for investing. Not one, zilch, nada, zero, nil ever mention they will offer "Private Endowment Policies" to anyone. That is not the role and function of a Venture Capital firm. Guess the hyphenated financial guru's didn't bother to check out what a real venture capital firm really does. But hey, it sounds good. Kind of like their fake BS Degrees in Financial Management. At least they got the BS part right.

The phony qualifications of the hyphenated pair no longer appears on the new website!
But that good old standby, the non existent Debenture Trading scam does.
