    Like we have both talked on this, I will give it a go too and create it for me too...!!!

    Perhaps, through this way I won't need a Web designer with costly monthly dues to set it up & run on my behalf....I may then open up our Real Estate Investment opportunities to suit each and any Individual or Group with our Realty options...for steadfast returns...not HYIP related.
