SDC has now a LIVE support online..Everyone who has problems with their deposit can go to live chat and they will fix the account manually. Have spoken to one of the support this morning and he said that they are fixing some bugs in the processor.

Hi Everyone!
It is extremely important to ALL of us who are members of Safe Daily Cash that we be fully aware of the sequence of events that have transpired since September 5th when SDC first opened for deposits. Understanding these events will give you and the people you referred the Confidence and Faith you need at the moment to give the staff at SDC the necessary time to correct the bugs that have created all the concerns and complaints that you read about here in the forum....over and over again. Wink
1. Shortly after the official launch on the 5th the site was hit with a massive DDOS. This was qickly confirmed by their hosting company.
2. Almost from the moment the site went offline the Admin did his best to keep members informed by posting in various forums.
3. The company contracted with Prolexic Technologies to purchase protection for the site. The initial cost of this was a $5000 set up fee and four months payments in advance at $3500 per month. A total of $17,000 up front. In my personal opinion you would not go to this trouble and expense if you were intending to do a runner in the first few days or even weeks after the site returned.
Let's also point out that this too was confirmed by the hosting company and let's also remember if it was not SDC's intention to run an honest program they could have "run" with over $50,000 in depositis from just those first few hours they were open on the 5th.
4. They also purchased a dedicated server from the hosting company - once again confirmed by the hosts.
5. While this new equipment and software were being configured and brought online they were continually communicating through various forums and email through the hushmail account. They were as anxious as we were to get up and running again. Unfortunately that was probably the root cause of this second wave of problems.
6. When the site came back online there were unfortunately bugs in the scripts. I am a technical moron Wink so I can't tell you what caused them or why but they were just there.
This set off a chain reaction of events including Deposits that were not recording in the back office. Additionally people who had gotten spends into the Test Plan on the 5th WERE PAID their interest but their Principal wasn't posted back to their account. THESE WERE BUGS. Withdrawl requests were also affected.
7. The events above of course set off an avalanche of support emails and panic posts in the forum that quickly overwhelmed the staff's ability to handle them in a timely fashion while also trying to FIX THE BUGS that caused them in the first place.
8. Support asked us to BE PATIENT and not make any deposits. We were asked to submit just ONE email outlining our problem if there were issues with our accounts. We were told to expect it to take 48 hours to get a response because of the sheer volume of mail. In an earlier post I recommended we tack at least an additional 24 hours on to that time table.
HERE'S THE BOTTOMLINE
The issues CAN be fixed IF the MEMBERS allow them to be fixed. To do so will take a few days.
Now I am fully aware that probably everyone here has been burned by probably more than one HYIP in the past BUT that was them - not SDC. I would suggest we judge SDC on its own merits based on the FACTS we KNOW about them and them alone.
We KNOW that the DDOS attack that is the root cause for all the current issues was real.
We KNOW that the people behind SDC took immediate, decisive and expensive steps to fix that problem. This is independently confirmed.
We KNOW they have maintained constant, honest communication with the membership.
We KNOW there is evidence of progress being made on the current issues.
So it seems to me we SHOULD KNOW that there appears to be real honest intent here.
So now WE have a choice. WE are pretty much in control of our own futures with SDC.
SDC is a program that has shown PROVEN INTENT to provide US an excellent opportunity. There is a bit of a crisis at the moment. NOTHING THAT CANNOT BE FIXED.......IF we the members allow them the TIME to do so.
So in my personal opinion we all need to WORK AS A TEAM and create a positive atmosphere here in this forum and in emails to our referrals and display an air of FAITH and CONFIDENCE that the people behind this program have shown honesty and pure intent.
We need to all RELAX and BE PATIENT and allow the staff to fix the bugs and then make the necessary adjustments to our individual accounts. If WE do so, there would seem to be an EXCELLENT CHANCE that we are involved in a WINNER here that will create positive results for all.
Just for the record, I too have a deposit that is not yet reflected in the back office. I too have principal that has not been added back at the completion of a term and I too have a withdrawl request that remians in the Q since the 10th. So I am with each and every member here with one or more of those issues.
So it all boils down to US. Are WE going to allow ourselves to experience a winner or are we going to shoot ourselves in the foot and kill the goose that will lay golden eggs for us.
We need to SUPPORT EACH OTHER. We need to have one POSITIVE, PATIENT VOICE in this forum and in our emails to our members. WE are the ones actually in control of our future or lack of a future with SDC.
REALX and WE PROSPER.
Panic and we perish.
