Here is another smart & decent method to encourage or promote if you will, without any form of being accused for soliciting or otherwise, just plain suggestion like you would in any conversation you have with friends...

Just add this to either within your suggested tip in your email exchange or simply include it in your signature field in the many sites or forums (where permitted) you are signatured with...

for example:- Tell a Friend About Rolclub! Just copy-paste any of the three embedded "RC-link" text for your choice.

1- "Hey... I'm also HERE, check me out"

2- "I'm also HERE, when not in this Forum/chat site"

3- "I'm also HERE, it's a cool site to the next level"


Or if you have a better message, add yours...feel FREE and feel the growth with ROLClub, thanks TO YOU from us, your membership and the newer sign ups increasing our growth, puts us UP THERE for a greater success!!!

It won't hurt them to eat the south beach diet recipes right along with you after you get through the first stage. It will teach your children great eating habits that will last them a lifetime and help protect them from the battle of the bulge and diabetes! Check out the new Better homes and Garden cook book. It lists all the carbs etc for each recipe...very helpful. We started the south beach diet because my oldest has been diagnosed as pre-diabetic and my brother (in the health field) told me it was the best & easiest diet to follow. We are enjoying great success so far! Best of luck to you & family.

Chances are that youre just going to get taller and taller or stay the same hight - so i think youre abst bet would be to just go and but a new dress!You arent going to shrink! lol - i dont have any tips but surf the web on google!
