Hi all !
I noticed that some people used * to hide one or more letters in word "PIPS"
It's not required, because all messages are kept in a MySQL database by phpBB (it means there is no html files contain messages posted here). Naturally, these messages are not encrypted, but if someone could hack this site and obtain access to MySQL, be sure he would be able too to guess we speak about PIPS... :)

The point is not whether someone can guess what we are spelling. Of course they can guess, we're not hiding it all that well. It's simply that we don't want to defy Bryan's wishes, nor do we want to be accused of promoting PxPS. By changing the name we are making it clear that our intention is to communicate only with other PxPS members. This is a closed community of like minded individuals who have gathered together to exchange information and opinions about a particular topic. Thus legal documents, such as the Nebraska C&D, do not apply to anything we say here. We are not selling commodities, and we are not promoting the program. And to prove that, we don't even call it by its' right name. What more could the government want?

Perhaps we should treat the name with the same caution that actors refer to Shakespeares "The Scottish Play"
To mention the main characters name outside the performance carries an awful curse, not only for oneself but for the rest of the cast.
If you, like a nitwit, say the Scottish King's name, you have to immediately go outside, spin around three times, spit, swear loudly, and hope for the best.
Just a thought
