We all know that we cannot have a European server, because it will divide the community. Instead of europe server, hypixel team can make a europe proxy. The proxy in Europe will still connect to the same server, but I am sure those living in Europe will have less pings. By way of example: In the current system, we connect to the proxy in USA at first and that proxy transfers us to the server, for example, let's say the server is in Europe. You are connecting to the proxy and from the proxy to the server in Europe. When you send a packet to the server, this packet crosses the ocean 2 times, in fact, it doubles your ping exactly. If there was a proxy in Europe, we would be able to connect directly with less pings without the packet crossing the ocean.

TL;DR: If there is a proxy in Europe, European players can play without less pings and splitting community.

Until transfer packets are added by mojang, it's extremely unlikely that an EU server will be implemented.
