I’ve seen that there are several Windows programs (running on Wine/Sommelier) in the Snap Store.
I’ve also seen that at least Office 2016 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) should be supported by Wine (see e.g. PlayOnLinux or Crossover and their install scripts).
Would it be possible to package this as a Snap somehow? At least Office 2016 Home & Student?
(Office 365 would also be neat but it’s probably harder to make sure that it won’t break as that’s the “rolling release” version of Office.)

You could try using Snap, but since Wine can be a pain, it’s better to just go with what's already made for it.
I found a site selling Microsoft Office for way cheaper. I grabbed a lifetime license for Office 2021, and it's been working great on my PC. No issues at all, and no messing around with Wine. You can check it out here: https://www.nerdused.com/products/mi...fetime-license.
