If they don't call you by name or offer proof of authenticity, NEVER respond. If you open any of these emails you also need to check your computer for trojans. The last thing you want to do is immediately log into your real account if you've just enabled a trojan on your machine. Just a few words to the wise...

Thank you but trojan would have never got into our PCs if we had anti-virus updated.

Very well stated and true. However, not everyone stays as current as they should. I'm surprised quite often by people wanting me to look at their PC because "it's been doing some really strange things lately" only to find out the only virus software they have came with the PC 3 or more years ago.
