I have not seen this on Oprah, but it sure helps it catch some attention. I have seen this Paypal letter many times and the thing is that you have to promote heavily to make money out of it, and if you are up for that you are better off becoming an affiliate marketer.

In the other hand, this might run you into trouble with your Paypal account, as it is my understanding that they monitor this kind of repetitive small deposits to avoid the use of Paypal for this kind of schemes.

This is just another chainletter. It will never make you rich. I remember seeing this "Oprah" thing around the net for more than 10 years now, maybe it worked then...
