Thread: anybody else having this problem with egold?

Hi all,

I have been logging in with egold to check my balance and also to make a spend and seeing as my email is not getting that password you need to go further, I'm stuck not getting anywhere. Anyone else having the same problem? Do you know what I mean? I've emailed egold and no answer yet... Hope they answer cause I need to get going with that egold in some ops...

took E Gold 6 days to answer me

Egold support does not answer anything for me for 7 days now. I have 3 support tickets since 18th. They have the worst support. I think because so many programs only use it they figure why hurry YOU need them They do not need you.

Hi guys,

I have been trying to call egold today and they say no one is available and to leave a message. Does anyone ever answer the phone there? I'm going to keep trying to get someone in person even though I did leave a message.

Is this the right number? 321 956 1200 ??

What was your experience when you called them if you did?
