Thread: Need Some Help

Hello all I had the strangest thing happen I got my daily interest payment from Vasco and they told me that my interest payment had been made to my e-gold acc but when I checked my balance it was not there no record of it being deposited do you think my e-gold was hacked or they just have not precessed it yet

No, I think they (Vasco) are just taking a little longer to get it to egold. With the holiday weekend I think everythings taking a little longer.

Same thing has happened to me.
Payment made email fron Vasco has batch number etc.
I thought e-gold spends were immediate.

Well, I'm not sure what is going on, I just thought that might be it... ?

Still nothing in my e-gold and cannot get Vasco to respond have sent 4 support tiks so I sent one to e-gold will wait and see. all of my other payments have been instantaneous
