Thread: Anyone Had This Problem with VASCO

Yesterday I had gotten my e-mail and it stated that my withdrawal had been processed but when I went to my e-gold acc there was no record of a dep from vasco I even put in the batch number that vasco gave me and it said no record I have sent Vasco 4 messages but no response. Now today I have gotten my new payment in and I don't no if I should have them try to processes that one or wait till I find out what happened to the last 2. I have 3 wd's with the same syndrome as you and a search on a few forum's show me many more people in the same situation.

Giving out a batch number is no "technical glitch", because that number are only given after a succesful transaction with e-gold. In this case that means we are given fake numbers.

I'm sad about it but feel sure that Vasco's times is over.

It was simply to good to be true but there is something that bothers me and I hope I'm wrong. I heard few months back that there is some connection between SI and Vasco. I know that SI disagreed but don't they just look the same and operate in similar fashion? Please guys let me know what you know to put my mind at rest. Is there something going on there or not? Thx for info.

I had exactly the same problem as you Trapper t. I also sent Vasco 4 messages but no response. I also sent a message to e-gold and they replied that the batchnr. Vasco gave me was a fake.
