How It Works
Team Rising Phoenix works like most teams out there today in some respects and better in other ways. We do use a forced matrix program, collective promoting and teamwork like most of the other teams on the net. We DO NOT use rotators or mass sign ups one matrix level at a time taking place months and later on years apart. Why? Rotators mean that everyone has to “wait their turn” and the more members you have, the longer the wait for that “turn“. What tends to happen is you finally get someone under you and then they get tired of waiting for their turn and drop out… you are now back where you started. The use mass “wave” or “level” sign ups suffer the same drawback, but on a larger scale. With that approach to team building it is very easy to end up with hundreds, even thousands of people on the bottom line for months, paying in with nothing to show for it.
We also use a much cheaper and smaller matrix than most as well. A lot of teams use the all too common 3x8 or 3x10 matrix… this is a little nieve. A 3x8 matrix takes 88,572 people to fill once, over 5.2 billion to fill twice and over 308 trillion to fill it a third time. Not very realistic since there is less than 7 billion people world wide. We use a 5x5 matrix that takes only 3905 people to fill it completely. And with the system we use, we only need 10,000 members to fill our matrix almost ten times! Which one do you think you have a better chance at, getting 10,000 members in a few years or getting 300 trillion people that don’t exist?
Our program also only costs 6.00 a month compared to the 20.00 - 40.00 a month the programs other teams are using cost. That’s a big difference! It comes out to be less than twenty cents a day broken down over a years time. Anyone can afford this but who can afford 20.00 - 40.00 a month just to sit and “wait their turn”?
We use what we call the “3 times to make it” system. We will have a mass sign up on the first of every month, but with a twist. Our first official launch is on September 1, 2010, and lets say we have 200 pre-launch members. Those 200 members will sign up on our program at one time creating profit for some instantly. For the next month they promote to bring in more members. We will estimate a 1:1 recruitment ratio and say there is 200 new members in September. So, on the October 1, 2010 launch those 200 new members will sign up on our program, but not alone. The 200 pre-launch members will also sign up with them with a second account.
With a continued 1:1 recruitment ratio, there would be 400 new members in the month of October ready to sign up on the November 1, 2010 launch. As with the last launch, these 400 new members DO NOT sign up alone. The 200 pre-launch members sign up also with a third and final account and the September members sign up with their second accounts. This will create 800 total members on the team, but 1400 filled positions in the teams collective downline. Each member of TEAM RISING PHOENIX will sign up on our program on each launch for the first three launches after he or she joins. This is our ‘’3 times to make it” system.
The reason for our three sign up system is easy, those higher in the matrix that are making money will help the people lower in the matrix by filling positions under them. This will help keep your downline from dropping out as well as earn you even more income later on since you will have money coming in on three accounts. Keep in mind that even holding three accounts with our program will only cost a grand total of 18.00 per month, still cheaper than holding even one account with most teams. Not to mention the fact that by the time you sign up your third account, your first account, and likely your second account as well, will be in profit. The potential earnings for a member holding their three accounts is 11,715.00 per month. Is this as awe inspiring as the 70,000.00 - 150,000.00 that other teams claim they can get you? No, but it is much more realistic and more than enough to retire on.
