I think the time for "we're almost there" is over. People are getting antsy. Read today on another forum where a class action law suit against PIPS is being filed by an attorney in Malaysaia. Not sure if this is true or some sucker trying to raise funds for himself.

I know I am no legal mind, but how can someone, or a company, be sued if company performance, or investment go bad? That the risk you take with ANY investment (or loan), or business venture ... some fail! And, that's why the rewards are so high for those who try, because the risk are also high.

Also, can someone explain to me how a C&D order written in the US effects a company that operates half way round the world be effective?
