About My Account

Can I have more than one account with you?

No. You are only allowed one account per person, per address, per IP and other identifying information.


What if my relative or friend wants an account, too?

Only one account is allowed per address, IP, and other identifying information. Violations of this rule will result in your account being permanently locked.


Do I need to verify my account?

Yes. When you cash out you will be given instructions on how to go through the very short verification process. Once verified, you will not need to complete that process again.


About Being Paid

How will I be paid once I reach cashout?

SimpleDollarz pays via Paypal only. There are no other current available withdrawal options.


How long will it take for me to receive payment after withdrawing my money?

Once you make your withdrawal, we will send you your payment via PayPal according to our Net30 payment plan. Under this plan, for example if you request a withdrawal anytime in the month of February, you will receive your payment around March 31st.

Once you are paid, please post proof of payment in our forum, and anywhere else you would like to post it.


If my account gets locked, do I still get the funds I earned?

If your account gets locked for any reason, we reserve the right to remove all earnings in said account. In certain cases, after specific procedures are taken, we may reinstate your account and re-post all funds you have earned.



About Offers, Crediting, and Reversals

If I did an offer on another site, can I do the same one here?

If your offer DID NOT credit on the other site, and it has been more than 30 days since you completed it, you may re-attempt the offer. In any other case, you are not permitted to complete the same offer on 2 different sites.


I did an offer and it didn't credit. Why?
Offers may not credit for many reasons. Main reasons are that your browser may not be set up correctly; you have a virus protection, firewall, or adware protection program running; the advertiser is not looking for leads with your demograpic information; you did not complete the offer correctly.


One of my previously credited offers was reversed. Why?

Offer reversals rarely happen, but occasionally an advertiser will charge back fraudulent leads, and this may cause account termination.


Do I have to use my real, personal information when completing offers?

Yes. Using false/fake information when completing an offer, or when signing up for a membership on SimpleDollarz, will result in account termination and forfeiture of any and all funds in that account.
