NeoPTC has officially launched and started to make payments. All AlertPay payments come from the person whose name is Sergey Medvednikov. The same person was sending AlertPay payments from scam site Adptc

General information:

NeoPTC domain name has been created on 2010-01-02.
NeoPTC look and feel resembles another popular website Adptc.com, both website use the same hosting provider (hostnoc.net), similar server IP's (NeoPTC: IP 64-120-169-185.hostnoc.net, AdPTC: IP 64-120-169-181.hostnoc.net) and both websites admins are Russian. So we may assume that both websites are connected.
