I just signed up my wife under the default page and her upline shows as follows:
Upline 4 default 608
Upline 3 admin1 108
Upline 2 madempsey 24
Upline 1 evermore 5
As default's matrix does not appear to be full I would have expected my wife, and any other sign-ups, to be be placed in the highest available slot. Either that or the existing downline of default to be moved up to fill any holes.
Could someone that understands matrices please explain how it really works?

I know there are plenty of explainations on this forum, just search around and you will finmd them. Stay in this section though.

of course not. Who would put money in this...we'll just wait for the BON investigation to finish up. I'm in debt because of pips and will wait because Bryan told me face to face pips was not a ponzi.

Kind of got off topic, the last two posts.
Thanks jimmymack for your response.
There seems to be many experts on this forum, surely one of you can answer my simple question.

njbth,
afaik it is a forced matrix, but members who join through the root link and through an affiliate link don't fill up the matrix holes in the same way. Have a look at my post here and at Bryan's latest CEO updates at the halotto forum, in which he discusses the (slightly altered) root spill over distribution ('downline rotation') more in detail.
Hope this helps,

Hasse,
Thanks for your reply. I understand the difference between signing up under the root link and an affiliate link. My wife signed up under the default (root) link and as such I would have expected her to be placed in the first available position under default. That is what prompted the question in the first place.
Her upline figures have changed since my original post and now show:
Upline 4 default 625
Upline 3 admin1 125
Upline 2 madempsey 24
Upline 1 evermore 5
It would appear that some who signed up later than my wife have a higher position. Am I right in my thinking or am I confused? Just trying to understand.

To explain what happened with your position in matrix would depend on which of the five you were placed under. With Bryan stating he was moving some around, it is now anyones guess where they would end up. And this makes it even more confusing for those not familiar with this structure. Each person has their own matrix within the whole, and each divides from the others as it moves down, and this is the reason you always want to be in the most powerful leg of main matrix position, in this case, the ROL leg.
Not knowing if ROL is first to the left, or last to the right in first five matrices is a mystery, only Bryan knows this information as we cannot determine upper positions other than by level. Now if you were wondering why one position would be placed higher in the matrix than another, it would depend on which leg was the weakest, so the smallest forum group, or admin positions would place you higher up, but not the best position for the spillover fairy to bless you. (g) Hope that clarifies it for you?
Good luck to all, Mike

Mike,
Thanks for trying to explain. In my understanding when you join, and it doesn't matter who you join under, then you are placed in the first available position in that persons matrix, working from left to right and top to bottom. Therefore I would not expect to see any empty positions above me in my sponsors downline. (My sponsor could have gaps in their upline)
I also understand that at the moment Rolclub is the most active leg. However, with Bryan talking about bringing in networking groups with 1,000's of members that could change.
For examle, consider 4 of the 5 legs under "default" were full up to the 10th level and the remaining one full to the 5th level. If "default" brings in thousands of new members they would go into the 5th leg until it caught up with the other 4, i.e. the 5th leg was also full to the 10th level. Then any additional signups would go to the left side of the 11th level and work right until that level is full, and continue the process with the 12th level.
I may have confused myself even more with this post. LOL. All comments are most welcome.

Pips-lotto
Greetings,
As to your post below, yes, if in fact Bryan is going to rotate all default registrations, then it would fill the highest positions first, again, left to right across all lines below that matrix, so if he rotates however many posisitions he may hold above, then technically it would fill all upper spots first, so I think you have a clearer picture now.
