you have to SELL 6 tickets a week to qualify for your commission, whether you buy them or get others to do so that is all it takes.

Arcturus, you may be here to serve but I would like to know just where this lottery is located and which jurisdiction holds the licence. My request for this on the HA Lotto forum was rapidly deleted. If there is no physical location for this, anyone who sends money into cyberspace deserves what they get!

Nothing as yet on the address of the lotto or of any licence. I contacted a mod on the halotto site - he had no idea of where or even if it was licensed!
