Expansion Plan. General Structure:

30 % of the equity: by investing TEN MILLION USD Accredited Investor, Group of
Investors or Trust will acquire 30 % of the equity of a new Global Financial LLC with the
exception of the Holdings Companies (A1, B1, B2, B3). We provide the Clients and/or Know
How. Usually Investor will recover the invested capital on the first year, and will keep,
permanently, 30 % of the equity of a Global Financial LLC and 30 % of Annual Profit.

The invested amount will be used for assurance of working capital during two years of
operation and Partner will be the supervisor for the use of such funds. Partner will receive
30 % of Annual Profit. However, in order to recover the amount invested as soon as possible,
upon request, Partner can receive up to 60 % of Annual Profit until his invested ten million
has been recovered. Obviously such advance must be deducted, the following years, from
Partner's established 30 % of Annual Profit.

All Global Financial LLCs will be under our general policy of sharing with the payroll 10-20* %
of Annual Profit. Such policy aim to stimulate the payroll team spirit and ownership mind by
making them beneficiaries of the profit, the outcome of the team effort.
* 10 % of Annual Profit will be shared with the payroll the first year and will increase 1 % per
year; year ten and later will be 20 %.
