Investment Financing and Utilization

The company was originally seeking $150,000 in investment financing to
build another training location in February 2008. However, $100,000 out
of $150,000 has already been secured from bank financing. These funds
will be used to add a classroom, hire payroll trainers, additional staff and
expand marketing activities.

Investment Proposal

Since the remaining $50,000 has not been secured yet, the company is
now seeking $50,000 from outside investors to build another training
location in February 2008. These funds will be used for expansion
