Great timing. I am ready to do something that makes sense after having an impossible time developing a plan with a conventional bank for my current medical practice.

Unfortunately Kapiti, it has since been 2007 whereby there was a great desire to launch such a move but circumstances and deliberations shown and avoidance resulting from changes with Moderators and participation wasn't fully forthcoming to make it materialize... proved it worthy for the Real Investment Plan, to be ditched as RIP indeed.

I will close this thread and ventured "thoughts" for now, no point continuing this Castle that is not taking off after almost 4 years.
