I have had my first frustrating exchange with the account set up experience. On the 14th of Feb I sent through all the required details to open up the accounts and the black hole of cyber space has eaten the bloody lot. Didn't anyone tell Mr Cyber Space not to make a pig of himself. Anyway not to worry However, a good friend told me " Mr Screwball " that you have to keep on top of them and send through email after email until you get what you want. Has this happened to anybody else say from the USA. If I'm the only one I might post a ' Drop Bear ' for those who don't know what they are they are an overgrown Koala with teeth the size of a tiger and an attitude to go with it.
