For those who have a Warka account, and didn't want to pay the 15,000 Dinars for getting online access to their account, fear not. I have received an email from Mr. I just this morning, stating the following:
Dear Mr. XXXX,So there you go - Everyone will, in time, receive account details of how to log in to their Account via Warka's website.
It is always a pleasure to be of assistance and support.
My department has processed your information and the E-Banking Department has decided to issue the login details of our entire Warka clients all at once. They are the final stages of completing the entire lot for our Warka clients to make sure everyone receives their information within an even time frame. As we have 50 branches in Iraq you can surely understand the time required by our E-Banking department to complete this task firmly and successfully.
Best regards,
Mr. I
This was posted so that some people don't get this email, and freak out, thinking they've been charged 15,000 dinar, when they didn't ask for this. I've heard that some folks have already received such an email from Warka, and they were extremely confused. It is my hope that this post alleviates any future confusion...

Online Banking is not free.
I ask Mr. I for my log in informations and this is the email I received from him:
Dear XXXXXX,
It is always a pleasure to be of assistance and support as my number one priority is serving you best making sure your requirements are firmly met.
To receive your username and password our banks needs a signed authorization letter which authorizes our bank to send your username and password by return email and to deduct the annual fee of IQD 15000 from your IQD account.
Best regards,
Mohammad K. Issa

Hi
I asked Mr. I why he sent the email to WebGuy75903 (see first post above) and this the answer I got from Mr. I
I stated that we are preparing the service for our entire clients but not that the service is free. The annual fee is set by the board of directors and every client who has prescribed has paid accordingly.
Thanks
