I was reading in another forum about a special account with Warka where you can have a 3 months Certificate account at 13 %.

It sound too Good for me and would be very interested if someone could explain a bit more.

Agreed,

This is no different than CD's offered from U.S. banks, so the longer you commit to invest, the more interest you earn. So as long as you have no problem with 3 month term, would make sense to earn as much interest as we can.
