I totally agree. I think we will know when it is done and not before because to many things change so quickly. I think one of the good tell tail signs that they intend to RV and not do the slow and grow method is why did they not implement the FIL. Because they did not want to RV before they were close on the HCL and that has been delayed for like 3 months so far. They would have implemented it if it did not mean they had to RV. Abdul-Mahdi. Iraq faces a war targeting all members of the Iraqi people

اIraq : The House vote on a number of draft laws

The Congress voted on the three draft laws after the reading of the names of the deputies absent from the 63rd regular headed by Sheikh Khalid al-Attiyah, First Deputy Chairman of the Board, which was held last Wednesday.
