Iraqi-Italian agreement to support e-government project

The Minister of Science and Technology Iraqi Raed Fahmi Jahed memorandum of understanding with the Italian counterpart to send a line ancillary devices to a network of local telecommunications / Internet, which are being built in Iraq to serve in the ministries of the State.

An official source at the Ministry of Science and Technology of the "morning" that the agreement came after the minister presided over an official delegation of managers in the Gaza Biotechnology Information in the ministries of Communications and Planning and Development Cooperation, Justice, Finance, Foreign Affairs and Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the ministry's Information Technology Service, who represent the nucleus of the Board of Trustees of the National informatics. He added that the Convention, which is the fourth of its kind since the beginning of the implementation of this network included sending Sand line for the Internet to link breaks following technical sustained as a result of the sandstorms that swept Baghdad this year and the use of microwave technology instead of laser to provide service in the event of such storms.
The source indicated that the Service was able to obtain systems of uninterrupted under the Convention for distribution among the relevant ministries, as well as access to two systems of solar cells to provide electric power to the sensitive rate of between 3 - 2 days.
He stressed that the agreement will provide the applications of the project to suit the network through the first three axes of education and will be operated in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the second application will be diagnosing sensing, which will be implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Health.

Thats just great !! but how does this show the fighting is getting any less....want me to put the artricals up ..from "Iraq Now" showing all the killings this weekend...at least 83 Iraiqs died..and 5 US service men ......show me thats getting better is what I ment !! I know thier is alot of good things going on..but Maliki postponing a reconcilation meeting..when instaed he should have called for an immetate meeting to confront it !!!!

Folks, I have a really hard time thinking about any kind of Reavlue of thier currency after reading an artical like this one !! It's getting wrost not better ...who and how are they going to get things under control....what good is it going to be to put money in thier pockets if they can't go out and spend it ..... ..........

I even have a hard time talking about making money at this time...and up to now thats hasn't been a problem with me..but now things do look really bad .....I just hope they can somhow bring things back ...Looks to me like all hell is about to break out !!!!

I understand your process but your figure is priced @ .067 per cent or fraction of a cent. When you convert to the dollar wouldn't you still have to include further the additional two decimal places?

That would make the figure the current .00067 of todays rate.

Yup, you'll get that everytime without the fils. That's what they want you to see. Now since the USD is grouped by 100 cents, to be in parity, try to group the IQD in 100s or even 1000's at the exchange rate of 1500 and see what you get.

Here we go again. It has been "HELL" from the get go. Hundreads of thousands of Kurds and scores of other Iraqis have been slaugtered for decades. Hell just about to break Out. Please. They have a Basketball tryout yesterday In Baghdad. Something most be getting better. Yes I gree that they have been moving sideways for a time now. The PM is not going anywhere. Not with all the progress that has been done with this and since this government has become. To many Positive things happening than ever before. Give it alittle More time. If you can not, list your Investment for sale maybe someone will offer you a desent price for it. I am going to start a new thread for this.
