You obviously haven't been here long enough, because even back in May of this year, Adster has said it would be nice if it happened earlier, and sometimes we have thought that it would, but he stated even back then that he didn't think it would happen until November/early December. So please, unless you know, be nice!

Along with Iraq asking that the U.S. extend there presence by one year tells me that November will come & go, then December & so on. And this is a travesty, given Iraq's enormous potential.

That statement has absolutely nothing to do with a reval of the currency. If anything it will help the stability factor over there.
