Okay guys....weird website things happening again. I just clicked on Sotaliraq.com which is the site I use for latest news out of Iraq and I got this error message below, for me, this has never happened. Maybe something, maybe not....just keep your eyes open it just feels like we are on the verge of this opening wide up....!!!

No. It could happen at any time. If it were to occur now, though, I suspect it won't be an extreme astronimical amount such as .50, $1, $2, or $3. The current rules of CBI only allow a currency exchange rate that can be supported with a currency reserves of 25% (per CBI website). The HCL is being mentored in part by the IMF. So there is where there may be a "deal" cut to raise to an even higher amount. The oil Minister of Iraq is the one who stated HCL should be passed sometime late December. But of course we all know the track record of Iraqi deadlines and dates.

I totally agree with you about MunnyBaggs he is the most arrogant and the biggest ego on the forums. But please do not send him back to AD I love that site he is a much better fit at IIF. He does not belong on the nice forums like rolclub and AD.

But it dose look like we have a ugly epidemic of MunnyBaggs maybe we can buy some cream to clear up the rash.
