I did not mean that I thought a reval would go that high or to any specific amount. What I am saying is the reserves don't play a big a role as some think and that the CBI could put the reval to any level based on other factors than reserves.

But I will keep your indepth response in mind. lol

Hello All. I am curious what the term 'educated elite" means. For a person whose father was railroad man. His mother's death certificate has waitress as an occupation, and his uncle's were member of the carpenter's local, this "educated elite" comment is one that I don't understand. Have a good evening. Mr. Knowles says CBI isn't interested in selling dinars anymore. They want to buy them back as cheaply as they can. Any hopes for a high dinar revaluation are totally dashed! Like any business or good investor - they want to buy low and sell high. That's the theory - and honestly, who else is qualified to argue?

Personally, I remain much more optimistic!

im beginning to have an issue with this 'god-like' praise that the members of this forum show towards particular posters, myself included. i told you all when i started posting here i only know what ive read and thats been an awful lot about iraq and their operations etc. in essence unless you had shabibi as a member of this forum i can't see justifiably putting all confidence in what any one single member posts.

im not saying wm knowles isnt a bright man which obviously he is but i have experienced very many members here who are quite versed in what they are relaying.

just putting it across that we should put everyone on the same level here and respect all the same in their OPINIONS as most of the posts here are. i have watched posters come and go and many have been lauded unnecessarily INCLUDING MYSELF.
