ok, apply this philosophy to this theory, they are breaking for the year soon and whatever laws they initiate at the end of the year will be in effect the moment the new business year starts. they will NOT wait until AFTER they start the new year to enact these laws and revalue the dinar. it WILL happen BEF0RE the new budget is enforced on january 2. and i believe B4 they adjourn for the year they will enact anything necessary for the current laws at that time, to carry over unto the next year govt. opening. that way they are done with this year, and when they start 2007 they will do nothing but KICK SERIOUS A$$ for our investment!!!! PREPARE TO BE AMAZED!!!!

So Adster You don't think that the 2007 budget is in place already with the RV amount figured in?You don' believe they would have to RV before the start of the new business year ? Wasn't it mandated that the HCL must be done by Dec 31st? Why do you always manage to wiggle out of your own timelines as soon as we get close to them? Now your saying March???????

Please remember to place your rumours and speculations in the proper area- rumours....

Perhaps you could take a cue from Neno and his "testing" of his "source"....That was OUTSTANDING and the best use of a "source" to date...

BTW- did you ever pursue my recommendation of calling that publisher to get the reporter's contact info yet? I haven't heard back from anyone yet....Since it's a local call I'd love to hear what they tell you.

You know it's posts like this that make people 'clam up'. I'll say no more on what I hear. Off the cuff remark mentioning what was doing the rounds behind open forum, take it whichever way you want. I've always said treat any rumour with a pinch of salt, the fact I respect this person to me gives it more credibility.
