I just finished reading this thread. Amazing how many of us have similar stories....and similar outcomes....in that we first got in strictly for our own personal financial gain and have progressed to learning about world politics and caring for those faraway people who are innocently caught up in all this turmoil. Seems the goals of humanity are the same no matter where we live or what religion we are...to provide for and protect our family.
I first invested in the dinar in May 2006, but had been intrigued by it's possibilites in 2005 when I saw a post by Mike OSW. I, too, had come to ROL to keep up on Pips happenings and was familar with Mike and had respect for his postings. But at that time, I was not really in a financial position to jump in...plus I was staying away from truly speculative opportunities.
I did follow the dinar on and off and when brought up by another investment forum I was a paid member of, I checked out the FreeDinar site and bought 1 million from them. A few weeks later a friend of mine called to ask if I had heard of the Dinar...seems his friends were all exicited about it and he wanted to buy, but they never got back to him as to where to go. When I told him I just bought some he was upset I hadn't told him about it...all I could say was I felt uneasy because of Pips.
I bought another million in August 2006 and would love to buy more...but just can't afford to. I am very grateful to ROL for the news thread, as I can read and learn such credible facts (and opinions on those facts) without all the BS and rumors. I appreciate everyone's contribution, not only for making me feel the Dinar is a real investment, but for opening my eyes to the plight of the Iraqi people and the bravery of our soldiers for trying to help them.

Hi
thank you neno for inviting me over here. Well, my personal opinion is
It will happen. Adster interoduced the dinars to me, and i emailed all Rolclub members so they could have a look at this opportunity.
The question for me is not IF it will happen? But WHEN it will happen?
I think we need to see more stability in iraq, before we are able to have a RV.Iraq has to be a stable state to be able to pay all the millions of investors that has invested in iraq.
There are many reasons for me to think this way. But i will keep my opinion short here.
Glad to have you all gathered here with us at Rolclub
Regards
Marek

My son was involved in the march to Bagdad. He bought a few dinar and finally convinced me to buy some also. Viewed for a couple of months and just signed on recently. Thanking the Dinar Gang for all the valuable info that encouraged me to buy some more. It looks like it will make a new man out of me. THANKS A MILLION PLUS MANY MORE

I got involved in the dinar purely by accident. Google adsense unfairly disabled my account and would not reinstate it, and so as a result I started looking around for other things to make money.
I paid about 12 pounds for information on ebay on how I could 'become a millionaire due to an historical event looming'. When I received the information I was gobsmacked and amazed that this had been going on for three years and I had not realised, I really jumped on board and have now.. after eight months achieved the amounts I dare go to... I would buy more, but I dont really have the support of my partner. I haven't told my son as he will probably have the same view as my husband, but my daughter has asked me to give her 100,000 dinar for Xmas so I certainly have got her support.
Since April when I started, I have learnt so much about what is going on in Iraq. It seems part of my life now and I am so looking forward to the revaluation. I have invested in the ISX and feel part of the growth of the economy and hope that all the shares do well. I love being on this forum, the people are great and I feel like I know you all. I hope the forum still continues after the reval just to keep in touch with everyone...
IMO we are very close to the reval, I have no idea what they will decide to set it at, as i am no economist. I am hoping that I can achieve 1 dinar to 1 english pound. This is a one time opportunity to create life changing wealth for me and my family and of course will make the lives of the Iraqis so much better.
My prayers are always with the troops who are doing a great job out there. We must remember that without them, this opportunity could so easily be lost. Good luck to everyone....we gonna be rich soon...

I am still very much positive on this investment. I have been in since the very begining. About 3 years. I am active duty military so that was my in
for the reasons to invest. I have tried to hedge all my bets with holding cash dinar and then a warka account when they became available and now into the isx. I am so glad I have been at the right place at the right time in my life. I feel this will go off and be big........just not sure how quickly that will all take place.

The opportunity of a life time.
Hello Friends!
Like many others, i must say that reading this thread is truly amazing and it feels that we are becoming more and more like a big happy family!
With all the great people i have talked to in here, many of you i see as my friends and the rest of you i would like to know better, and probably will on our Rolclub beach resort in the future
So lets talk about the dinars, like many of you i lost alot on pips and i tried to find a more "realistic" investment that would hopefully bring me some good return. I dont have that good of a memory but i belive i read it first in here about the dinars, but didnt care so much about it, until i had nothing to do 1 day. So i started to search on ebay and i dont remember what i searched on, but somehow i saw an auction of dinars for sale, and remembered Adster posting about this same thing on rolclub. So i started to read about it and the more i read the more interested i became and it didnt take long until i purchased my first batch of dinars almost 1 year ago, and i can say this without hesitation.
-Hello, my name is John and i am a Donarholic!
So, i have been on the dinar thread every day since then and now me and Neno are running the dinar thread with ironhands.
I have enjoyed this rollercoaster ride, and i have had a great time with many of you, and cant wait for this adventure to be over. But only part 1 of it. The chaptures continues and hopefully we will have many more chaptures together in this opportunity of a lifetime!
So with those words i end my little story and i would like to thank everyone to contribute, not just to this thread but the entire forum. Without you guys this wouldnt be what it is today!
Cheers!_________________________________________

Our investment began over a year ago this Christmas. We came upon it as an accident on ebay one day. My father showed it to me and at first we were skeptical I guess like everybody else. After doing some research about the dinar we thought it would be good to buy some. Me and my husband have 4 children under 10 years old and dad collects disability so we scraped up what we could and bought a few million. We told a few people who thought we were crazy and told us to save our money but a friend of his from the service told him that he has some and his friends do too. Another friend told me about an email she received at her county job regarding her union and how investing in Iraq was a good idea. She wanted to buy some but of course "cant afford it" or "soon i'll get it". ya know the same old story. By no means are we experts in finace or banking we're just regular people from NJ-5 min from Giants Stadium. We read the forum every day and I've tried to share my experinces with buying more and I appreciate all the info I read here. I really beleive that we are closer than ever. When we first bought last year we figured about 5 years for a return. Now we're waiting anxiously like everyone else here. We thank all of you for your posts- they make us laugh sometimes when we need to and cry when we see such good news too. I hope it happens soon cause my hubby is a somewhat nay-or should I say realist. I'm getting tired of bickering about it. I would really like it for everyone to have a happy holiday.we're glad we found it here.We would be lost without all this excellent info.Didn't want to be left out so thought I'd share. SO GO DINAR!!

Neighbor got me hooked...
I live in a newer development in the suburbs of Minneapolis. My next door neighbor (who is from India) brought up the Iraqi Dinar over a campfire one night back in Autumn of 2005. He is a very intelligent person and was tipped off by his bosses who invested heavily in Dinar. Krishna (my neighbor) bought 5M Dinar as an investment in his daughter's future. He told me not to expect an overnight windfall, but to get onboard and expect a 3-5 year return.
So here I am a little over a year later with my 1.25M.
I have a wonderful wife, 3 daughters ages 1, 4 and 13. I am hoping this investment will allow me to put them through college, since I never did.
I work as a professional auto mechanic and do just fine financially, but always wanted more. I am perfectly happy with what I have, don't get me wrong!
I love Rolclub and I too defected from IIF. Just stopped by a day ago and they are still swinging their clubs at each other LOL.
I look forward to meeting as many of you as possible. People stateside may see me visiting them on my Harley, others I don't mind flying over to meet!
Thanks to everyone for their hard work (you know who you are )
Whether it's tomorrow or in 3 years, I'm in for the long haul!
Good luck everybody!Do unto others....you know the rest...
Here I am getting my Dinar News Fix waiting for that "Bold Adjustment"

Lets do this
When I first bought my dinar this was a high risk investment and still is to many who only watch the so called news or what I call the spin. Its amazing to watch this history unfold before my eyes and to get updated and in depth information daily while the rest of the world is in the dark about the economics of the Iraqis. It seems to me they only focus on the bad going on and not the real story. My feelings at this time is that this is a more solid investment than many i've been involved in in the past. I am currently into a multi million dollar realestate land deal thats a for-sure money maker in two years but feel this side deal with the dinar will soon pass up the land and housing deals. My only opinion at this point is an optomistic one . No way can they fail with the support they have behind them. The news about the economic situation is daily now report after report, there back to pre war oil preduction, buisnessess around the globe banging on the door wanting in,the dems wanting us out the almost urgent passing of laws and unpresadented meetings with countries wanting in, wow! I think it was Tony Blair who said that the measure of how great a country is is how many people are wanting in or out.Well if that is the case Iraq has a good outlook for investments wanting in and that means money and more money means the more there moneys going to be worth. With there country sitting one a sea of oil and the world wanting it how can they lose? We won't let them. I see this dinar going over a dollar and soon. And since I never post a big wooooooooooooooot!!!for susie and all here one Rol who do a great job of keeping the news flowing to people like me who don't have the time to do it.Thank you all and God Bless. p.s. I hope I did this right and I wish I had spell check.
