ok the update message on jack's situation is he started his chemo treatments yesterday, has an infusion bag on for today as one medicine takes 46 hours to be administered. they gave him some medicines for adverse reactions and so far he has done good. his color was gone when he came in last night but after a bit he was looking good. he said he is getting some sensitivity to cold in his fingers as they said he would which is a side effect of one of the chemo meds. gets the infusion ball off tomorrow and the stitches out then we can return to mothers house to do more cleaning up. she lived in her house for over 60 years and weve a big job ahead.
thank you again for all your support and good wishes. i as well as my family appreciate each thought tremedously. one day at a time...JULY STILL AINT NO LIE!!!

Update!!
just to update you all on my brothers chemo treatments. he completed his fourth set two weeks ago and then last week took a catscan to determine how the chemo is working on the tumor on his liver. i am pleased to announce that it shows shrinkage!!!!!!!!!!
we will know exact amount/measurements when we return for his 5th sequence of treatments this tuesday.
again, thank you all for your positive thoughts and prayers for him and our entire family!!

I'm really happy to hear this, Susie! I'll keep on sending him Reiki as I've done almost every day since I heard about his illness.
