And now the real language translation.

The article is stating that the rate of the US dollar is reduced to 75% of what it use to be because of the dinar rising but this rate will come back to the official rate, (that being $1.00/100%.) because of future trades and oil revenues.
And in the end of the article it states that this is the first time Iraq is able to control inflation by increasing the flow of foreign currency into the market while increasing the value of the dinar.

Wish it said an increase in the dinar rate to 75% of official value but it doesn't. Enjoy the hype and excitement of being with your family this Christmas day, next year should be better. Happy Holidays.

But the Article has to many other references to it to not hold ground to what we have been discussing for 6 plus months here. It's to real and to cunfussing to argue about, so I will have my belief of it and agree to disagree and go on with that. 7 million more for me.

I can respect that, but i would like to ask, is this person a finance or economics expert? Does he have credentials in those fields, i ask because if i were asked to translate say from english ...i could surely translate the english language but that wouldn't mean i understand the jist of text if i knew nothing about that subject. For example a spanish speaking person wanted to know what an english text medical journal says, i could tell them, but not explain to well the meaning of it. So i'm just curious if your translator really understands what he/she is reading.

Good question, he is not an economic expert but is an english major.
