The IP 84.45.0.1 for Uruklink is run by Transtrum which is having DNS issues with nameservers hosted off terra.net.lb which is in Lebanon

The IP for Uruklink is actually part of Transtrum
WHOIS - 84.54.0.1

The easy breakdown is that transtrum.com who host uruklink.net is offline because of DNS issues with their host terra.net.lb hence the reason uruklink is offline.

Inscrutable...The uruklink.net site has always been up and working its the uruklink.net-iqlaw site that doesn't work. So I don't understand about it saying uruklink.net is offline (which it isn't). Did you try it with the -iqlaw? Just a little confused here.
