It said that on the Arabic CBI exchange site Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Then on Sunday the English Exchange site says, the Sunday rate will remain the same for Monday due to the weekend in New York. This is normal, however I have observed it to change no matter what notice is put up.

You can wait for tonight, you can wait for tommorrow, you can wait for May 5th, and then the next speculation,it will come when it comes. When it comes we will all be jumping for joy and passing around the Champaign.

Just be patient. I know I want this to have happened yesterday too.
