Chase May Be Running Out Of Dinar

I have bought Dinar 4 times this week from Chase for several people. One order was a very large order and the other 3 were small orders. I have noticed that all of the Dinar purchased was Very Old & Used Bills.
I buy Dinar several times each week, and have always received Very New looking bills. The cashier at Chase has told me that BOA must be scraping the bottom of the barrel with the Dinar that they are sending out. She has said that all of the Dinar that she has received for the past 10 days was Very Old & Used Bills.
Just wanted to pass this on to all of you !!!

This is total speculation ~seeing that I do not speak Arabic~ nor do I have a substantial understanding of their grammar.
BUT could this be read as~ one six million for all of the citizens.

6 million divided by 27 million= .2 dinars? Probably not!
16 million divided by 27 million= .592 dinars? This is just as retarded!

If each Iraqi received 6 million Dinars this is approximately 4,200 usd
If each Iraqi received 16 million Dinars this is approximately 11,200 usd
    It still doesn't make sense!

Iraq in talks with Exxon,Chevron for $3b oil plant; Minister meets several other firms over industrial projects
LONDON (AP): Iraq is in negotiations with Chevron Corp and Exxon Mobil Corp to build a new $3 billion petrochemical facility and is in talks with several other Western firms over industrial projects. In an interview Thursday, Iraq’s minister for industry and minerals Fowzi Hariri said the discussions with Chevron and Exxon began this week in Washington and are at an early stage. “It will be one or the other company for this new facility, not both,”he said. “We’re hoping to have a (Memorandum of Understanding) in place by about July.” Hariri took his first trip to Washington early this week and met with several companies about industrial projects. The other leg of his trip took him to London, where he also met with a number of firms.

The minister, who has been in his post since last June, said the issue of security was a prominent feature of the discussions, given the sectarian conflict that has come to characterize Iraq over the past year. He said he emphasized to the companies that much of the violence has been in Baghdad. “What you see on the television is real...but it’s concentrated in the capital,” said Hariri. The discussions with the companies have been greatly aided by an Iraq Foreign Investment Law that won final approval last October, he said.

    Rehabilitating
Hariri said he hoped discussions with ABB Lummus, a unit of Swiss-Swedish electrical engineering company ABB Ltd, Dow Chemical Corp and KBR Inc over rehabilitating existing facilities would lead to tentative agreements by around March. “This is what we’re hoping for but we will see,” he said.
The contract with ABB Lummus could be worth $100 million (77.05 million euros) while Dow Chemical’s contract could be $40 million (30.82 million euros) to $50 million (38.53 million euros), the minister added.

The contract forms for all the deals under discussion would include joint ventures. While in the US, the minister also held talks with the US Geological Survey about performing a nationwide survey of Iraq’s potential mineral base. He said he “had a good discussion” with the Export-Import Bank about possibly providing some of the financing for a nationwide survey to gauge Iraq’s resources. “We know we have iron ore and we think we have copper and probably gold,” he said, adding that those opinions were based on old data.

    Contracts
Hariri plans to have discussions with General Electric Corp over possible power turbine contracts and General Motors Corp over contracts for service vehicles, such as fire trucks and ambulances. The latter contract would be worth $80 million (61.64 million euros) or less. Over the next several years, the minister said Iraq would look to privatize all of state-owned industry, which number around 60 companies.
He also said Asian companies were keen to enter discussions with the Iraqi government over industrial contracts. Hariri said Iraq was also in discussions with San Francisco-based Bechtel Corp over engineering contracts, but did not elaborate. The company recently said it was leaving Iraq after suffering through a spree of violence that killed 52 workers. The departure of the firm served as another sobering reminder of how the carnage in Iraq has scrambled the US’s once-grand ambitions to rebuild the country.

'US must quit only after deal with Iraq'
    AP

Manhattan, Kansas: US troops should not be withdrawn from Iraq until the American and Iraqi governments reach an agreement on the best time for that, the outgoing Saudi ambassador to the United States has said.

Speaking to reporters after presenting a lecture at Kansas State University on Friday, Prince Turki Al Faisal said the US Congress should not limit the number of troops sent to Iraq because it would send a message that President George W. Bush is not a "free agent".

Prince Turki, who resigned as ambassador in December after 15 months on the job, said the United States ''came into Iraq uninvited and it should not leave uninvited".

"It is the Iraqis on the ground and the American forces and commanders on the ground who know the situation and can enter into an agreement as to when those forces can leave," he said, stressing that whenever that decision is made, it should be at a time when the Iraqi government is able to stand on its own.

"That is what the Iraqis want, and I will support their position on that," he said.

Did not expect such a direct reply, but he did respond. The big question I had which Yasser did not answer was, when is the reval. He, as well as us in past posts has stated he thinks soon, but is frustrated as well. Just thought I'd share.

    Interesting,

This is confirmed by my Kurd contacts as well, no 10K, no TV ads with table of dinar and dollar, so I would take it to the bank this is true.

    Good luck to all, Mike

Iraq: Compromise on oil law not yet reached
    By ASSOCIATED PRESS

Iraqi officials say a hotly debated proposed oil law will not favor Americans but acknowledge that foreign companies will be allowed to take their profits out of the country - an incentive to draw foreign investment.

The Oil Ministry has been struggling for months to reach a compromise over draft legislation to govern Iraq's most important industry and pave the way for much-needed investment and know-how to revitalize the devastated infrastructure.

But the measure faces strong objections by ethnic Kurds and concern about American influence in the sector.

"Without a decisive military victory, the US occupation of Iraq seems to be about to grab its oil prize by establishing a new sharing arrangement," the English-language Yemen Observer said Saturday, echoing a frequent criticism that the US-led invasion was aimed in part at capturing Iraq's oil.
