He pointed out that the current security situation will not continue for long, and therefore we will sooner or later before the reality of stability, which will require large urban renaissance needed to cover an enormous financial. He explained that Al-Bayati, senses and smells through the reactions of the opposition to pass this law, it is not focused on the essence and origin, but is intended to recruit and marketing positions of political progress, and it can not thus the fateful be subject to political differences, according to Al-Bayati. He had to be consensus on this law by all the rejection or acceptance, from the higher interest of the Iraqi people and not for the interests of lumps or communities. He added : law will be subject to thorough discussion and dialogue within the parliamentary committees concerned, as well as by all members of the House of Representatives of the incumbent Assembly, prior to the pass. It is believed that the draft law subject to discussion and dialogue will take months at least.
