One of them is the Hydrocarbon Law itself - which has been passed by the cabinet, and from some articles - by the Parliament too ( I posted an article a few days ago about that)

Then, it is this Oil Sharing Law that has been approved by the Cabinet, but then it got stuck in Parliament.

Then there are some other two ( I don't remember the names for them), that have been passed by Cabinet & Parliament - one of them is the National Oil Company formation and one more.
The only one keeping everything in hold is the Oil Sharing law.

Of course, I may be wrong; if someone has better info, please clear this up.

The law they were to package it with for Parliament was the Revenue sharing law I believe.
