Yes that one, i didn't hear the 19th before.......if it's actually the ninth, maybe it also has something to do with the auctions or lack of?

who's powers inquis.......the council? if so, i sure hope they have the power to make some big decisions in our favor! LOL

Trade Minister : ration card exists and strive to improve its terms

Dr Abdul farmer Hassan, the Sudanese Minister of Trade that the work of ration cards still continuing and there was no intention to cancel in the near future and that the government continues to support itemized and very large amounts.

presidential council is the last bodyto receive the laws after parliament has passed them. it is their job to enact the laws within a certain period of time lest they activate automatically.
