Falah Mustafa : There are many opportunities for those who want to invest in Kurdistan

the latest an auction was posted was at 11:35pm baghdad time. there have been no auctions posted then without reasoning for why they didnt post them a story would appear on aswat about the rate so obviously they had one but it wasnt posted at that time.

Sounds like the full powers of the Presidency in conjunction with Prime Minister Al Maliki. They agreed to use their powers to advance Iraq.

No - I'm guessing the article has a misprint or is ahead of itself. He has not announced his retirement.

Tomorrow he will 'Announce his plans to retire' - which is expected to be in July - (his retirement that is). There is a difference.

This is common knowledge in the UK.
