Here is what I don't understand. Okay, let's assume that the Iraq Gov't does indeed have some sort of block on the currency - How does that affect what American Companies do with whatever dinars they have? I mean, if I'm a bank, and I have a stockpile of dinars that I am dealing with and will sell to the public, what do I care what the originating country decides to do with their currency? Hope that makes sense.

Not trying to be argumentative - Just trying to understand. If anyone can explain, please do so. Thanks so much...

Banks have been saying this for a while. There is no "block" on the dinar. They'll try to tell you that the US government will not allow them to trade in the dinar.

Could mean that they would buy your dinar with the buy rate but not sell you any dinar with the sell rate. We have all observed a lot of bank teller confusion on this subject.

Get their money back to where it's worth something and they will stop trading their young lives for pennies just to give their family a little for food. It's a terrible thing happening everyday and is mere ammunition for the recruitment of the young by the TERRORIST PIGS.

Alehyale : international pressure to raise the ceiling of oil production to 10 million bpd

    بغداد - الصباح
    Baghdad-Sabah.
Deputy Noureddine Alehyale, the Iraqi Accord Front, a member of the oil, gas and natural resources in the Parliament : the law of oil and gas by the prime minister, has nothing to do with the improvement in the provision and distribution of oil products, unlike the ejido.

He added in a statement addressed by "Assabah" : that the law focuses on the exploration and production of oil fields discovered previously, which has not been exploited due to inadequate share of Iraq's export of oil, assessed by the organization (OPEC), because of the embargo imposed on Iraq since 1991.
Alehyale pointed out that the law does not mention Petrochemical Industries, but in regard to the issue of production contracting with foreign companies under the title (contracts for the production). He pointed out that more than half of the proceeds of these fields would go into the pockets of these companies, and the rest from oil production will be for sale in addition to current production, which does not exceed one million and 600 thousand barrels per day, to raise the ceiling on production to four million barrels per day and possibly more, as agreed with the (OPEC). Stressing that international pressure on Iraq, the government seeks to raise the level of production to 10 million barrels daily, including the companies participating in the production as contracts. He pointed out that this would achieve several objectives, including control over oil policy, production and distribution, and possibly dumping oil from the world market to reduce the price of a barrel to the lowest levels, to achieve the interests of political economy weaken the oil producing countries to participate in the (OPEC), especially Iran and the Arab Gulf states, according to Alehyale.

the phenomenon of administrative and financial corruption among political concern and favored

    سلمان داوود الحافظي
    Salman Daoud Alhafezi
From time to time, delight us media audio-visual and written carrying us of statements made by some politicians say not all criticize the widespread administrative and financial corruption in Iraq before the change and after a few days

Through them expressed deep concern over the spread of the phenomenon of administrative corruption and theft of public money and this is a good sign and suggests many politicians have started to diagnose this phenomenon, which were just as dangerous as terrorism, because many had gone funds can be used to increase the wheel of reconstruction, which we desperately need them.
    ..
The question that presents itself .. Does the larger political role in the fight against administrative and financial corruption?
That any politician in the country got to assume positions of the government of sectarian and party affiliation and nepotism and Aleminsopeh certainly political role in cases in the spread of this phenomenon and ways to deal Perhaps someone asks ..

How could that be? The political resolution, which possesses the power in the executive and legislative branches could either stop the phenomenon contributing to the spread or indirectly in the political situation which wants to eliminate the phenomenon of administrative and financial corruption or limits that it is not helpful to the Aissand any person who feels that the money Ayitmen General does not improve the institution or the Department of Public Service, which holds the position of leadership of the political How can contribute to the spread of the phenomenon of administrative corruption indirectly? a political contributor when people choose not sure of his abilities or dangerous precedents have not disclosed details of the political, despite its knowledge.

The theme of political favoritism for some people who have been involved in the seizure of large amounts of money or involvement in suspicious transactions and therefore we are many, the world did not sit when the former National Assembly wanted to discuss the issue of lifting the immunity of former Defense Minister in the government of Dr. Iyad Allawi, who is charged with theft in history, is today considered one of the biggest money centers in the world according to foreign press reports, it seems that the case has become forgotten and had stolen money from the surplus is the people ... proceeds from which we must emerge to address the phenomenon of administrative and financial corruption after the matter to the threat of the Iraqi economy and to allow some individuals from poorly spirited profiteers rich at the expense of poor people and we, through several steps to take the leading political role in the fight against all forms that are seen as leading to financial and administrative corruption, and certainly all our politicians have the ability to curb this phenomenon terrible if took seriously and have strayed from Aleminsopeh nepotism and favoritism, and thought well the interests of the people and the millions of voters who voted him ...
    ...
Open space for civil society organizations on which it relies to control and supervise the reconstruction projects ongoing in Iraq ... The government opened the door for media access to information that would enable them to detect cases of administrative and financial corruption and presented to the public opinion that the reports, information and media based on conclusive evidence ...
    ...
Allow citizens to deliver the information available to him in this regard to the relevant authorities, through the deployment of mobile inspectors general in the ministries and branches in the governorates of newspapers and highlighted in public places ...
    .
Check the background of some persons who found them a foothold at some parties, officials and the reliance on scientific inefficiency in the management of governmental institutions.
We hope the gentlemen and ladies MPs published eyes Secretary recognizes reliable information and follow-up to eradicate the phenomenon of administrative and financial corruption.
