بدءاً.Starting can say that the private sector in Iraq now enjoys special priority being contributed to by the public sector to lead the economic growth by raising its contribution to the economic and Tairalenmo and meet the basic needs of citizens for many goods and services needed by the economy. and that Adarora because the public sector management and leadership and engage in their activities.
ان .The presence of the private sector is, in fact, the need for humanitarian services, which relate to the maintenance aspects of the economic life of the goods and services it provides, in addition to the urgent economic imperatives of the sector. ان :That one of the major economic objectives of the process of social and economic development in Iraq is to achieve an appropriate level of welfare and constantly evolving economic, social and cultural citizens together through cooperation in the investigation of construction projects and reconstruction of the war-ravaged, and look to the prospects for broad economic opportunities for economic and social growth. and can identify areas that require the most focus in this area, which is :
1- ضرورات .1-necessities and requirements of the development effectiveness and the role of the private sector will be done in the light of a concrete plan of action and real and controls included limited expansion of this activity trends and perceptions desired.
2- للبلاد.2-support of the private sector in being all activities and the economic and social fields and in any size, in any circumstance timetable in the light of the state plan, except in the fields of security and defense and strategic outlook, which is the national security interest of the country.
3- .3-deficiency perception of the role of the private sector by some people working there, as the sector looks for opportunities for profit and fast food and content and not its seriousness and effectiveness existed in the basic aspects of the Iraqi economy and access to benefits in the long term.
4- عدم Non-private ownership of a clear vision, and lacked the institutions and regulatory frameworks, especially by contributing to the development aspects of economic and social relations with the rest of economic sectors and activities Proceeding from the above, it should be emphasized that strengthening the role of the private sector is a pressing need fundamental and genuine effort of the State stresses the need and importance of expanding investment over the size of the financial resources available, and this trend will lead to the lifting of the efficient functioning Iraqi economy. .Nevertheless, the problems facing the Iraqi economy necessitate a timetable for a comprehensive reform of the private sector and stimulate the direction of correcting the imbalances in the economy, which is reflected primarily in the huge deficit in each of the state budget and balance of payments. .The private sector should develop and expand the size of its contribution to the productive sectors of agricultural, industrial and services as water, electricity and construction, sanitation, transport and communications projects for rebuilding and restructuring the economy to serve the process of economic and social development objectives by taking the means, procedures and measures that affect the activity sector to boost the incomes such productive projects and the most useful economic life of the joints.
مشاريع .On the other hand, there is a continuing need to increase the utilization of the potential and capabilities of the private sector in contributing to the budget projects and investment reconstruction projects in the medium and long term to achieve the objectives and policies of macroeconomic balance. .In this area, we have to apply an integrated package of economic policies and administrative and legal environment to ensure the transition of the various components, and pricing decisions interaction producer and the consumer and investor in complete freedom. Therefore, the time has come, so the private sector role and responsibility to the economy and to demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness as well as the public sector in managing the balance in favor of the national economy, especially since the economy has been undergoing difficult circumstances require action to overcome and transit to the West Second towards the areas of economic development and comprehensive, balanced and sustainable Since working on achieving high growth rates of the Iraqi economy

Its articles that you commented on make me believe that there is no way they will rv at 1-1....so what your saying is you believe that an iraq family of 5 or more will recieve a 110,000 dinars a month which is equal to $ 110,000 dollars? EACH MONTH like the article states. A one pop shot i could see it being possible but every month no way on gods green earth would this occur.
Use common sense...the world may just start look different....its always fun to dream...and you never know they may come true ONE DAY
