Simple,

The Iraqi's have proven over and over how they operate, or in some peoples opinion, don't operate, but the fact remains, a benchmark was set, and now it is about to be met. This is significant to CBI as it sets a clear and undeniable precedent, they set 1260 as budget goal, then have now consistantly pulled dinar off market to get to that benchmark, so this is very important in the overall plan.

The reasons are obvious, all along Iraq has been in the spotlight worldwide, and stability was always an issue mentioned in dozens of drafts, articles, recommendations, analysts, they all said the same thing, stability was necessary in order to restore dinar to former levels. Granted, there are many other issues, and many which have been met or exceeded, but stability is the number one issue when it comes to economy.

With inflation still out of control is a sure sign that something greater has to happen than what the CBI has accomplished to date, so we all know what that is, and so does CBI and all the inept leaders in Iraq, so it is undeniable what has to be done next for nothing else they can do has controlled inflation. Now the world has seen that Iraq has inacted every fundamental economic strategy possible with little or no impact on inflation.

Since this is now completed, no one can come back and say different, this leaves only one thing left, and it will happen, we just don't know when just yet. I still feel it has to be tied to reshuffle as this is far more serious problem given the fraud disclosed, and unless this is brought under control, or severe measures are taken to stop losing billions, the international banking world will have remaining doubts, so watch for this to be the holdup in my opinion.
