1 Scenario:
1260 will be rock solid for the upcoming auctions. This means imo that they are waiting to have everything settled and when they are, RV big time!

2nd scenario :
could be that they continue to drop the rate and that 1260 was just a number taken from the air to have something to base the budget on.

Time will tell, but sooner or later they have to RV!

Who knows maybe the stories about the Iraqi Parliament postponing their vacations is just a ruse to imply that they will be in session all summer... Now we know that they don't want to miss their time off, so looks like a reval and off to vacation....

We have all seen Socata's tracking the amounts of currency being bought at the auctions. Its up over 10trillion dinar withdrawn from circulation so far, which is great. My question is ... is this only half of what we should be looking at?
How many dinar does the cbi give to the GOI ministries each month for budget expenditures? Wouldnt this give us a fuller picture of how much has actually been removed from circulation? Is there any way to tell?
Calling Wm. Knowles , Socata, RR, OS , indmn1 , and our other resident econ experts to please shed some light and clarify this for us laymen.
