Ok ladies, I need your input! I understand that the Dinar needed the Article 140 in order to RV. My question is and I hope this does sound stupid, but as I tell my students no question is a stupid question, But what is the article 140? what does it do and whyis it so important. Hope someone out there can enlighten me in laymans terms.

Article 140 is the dinar related oomph that must be signed before the HTLMO..to then ensure the CSM will get passed by parliment within 3 months, unless the PPO declines it. Then article 140 will have to be resubmitted to LMO. In that case, we are looking at the CS99 to cover the LMAO! The worst that could happen, is that the cbi could declare ROFLMAO. THAT WOULD BE BAD! Doubt, that will happen!!
