Or better yet when did Susie become a Stockbroker or run a Securities Brokerage that is governed by the regulations of the NASD. Let me explain further. As she isn't a member of the NASD by virtue of not being a stockbroker or brokerage house then she isn't participating in fraud as she isn't selling securities which would place her under a contractual obligation. Furthermore, what actions or evidence have any of you have supplied that shows she is conducting business that would fall within the governance of the NASD. If she is in violation of the NASD rules which would probably include impersonating a licensed stockbroker or brokerage house then I guess you had better report her eh? Uh ya, I didn't think so.

Before I move on, just a note here to the litigious crowd that seems to think that some government or private bureaucratic institutions govern every situation we encounter in our day to day lives. Please stop refering to private or government agencies that have no legal authority over the situation that you are in. For example, the Federal Communications Commission doesn't regulate how you speak to your kids, so don't worry if your kids threaten you with a lawsuit because you are grounding them. A lie implies that the person stating the information is willfully disclosing information that the person knows to be false in order to be malicious. Might it be that she is simply mistaken without intending to harm anyone? Are you sure that Susie knows the information is false? or could it be a case of her over exuberance? Are you really sure that you know she is lying? or might she be self deceived?
