I'm hoping somebody can clear a few things up for this newbie.

I'm sure these are basic questions but I just don't understand.

Here goes:

1) Dinars in circulation. I've read 21 trillion back early this year. Then I read 4.2 trillion a couple weeks ago. These numbers are from posts. What I'm wondering is what is the actual number? Is there an official site where I can get these numbers?

2) Ties into the above. These currency auctions I see posted. How do these work? Who's selling? Who's buying? I also read how the CBI may be retiring dinar and taking them out of circulation. How is this figured from the auction numbers? Or is it figured somewhere else?

3) What are the main issues before a RV can happen? I've read HCL, oil share, debt forgiveness. Is there a place where I can find current status of these? I know there's some big oil meeting today. But what about the debt? Where can info be found on this?

Thank you for any help. I'll be reading as much of the past posts to find the answers but thought I'd post em here to maybe save a lot of time.
