This week CNBC was broadcasting from the business opportunity and investment gathering in Iraq and here are some links to see the reports. Even Jim Cramer who many of you may recognize, makes mention of the Dinar. Check it out! http://www.cnbc.com/id/15840232?video=1301855841&play=1

Let's stimulate some discussion.
The question is: Is the Iraqi Dinar a Good Investment?
Yes, there has been a increase since the invasion but will we see the great windfall profit.
Passed laws have been posted that were thought to be significant, yet no major revalue.
Time does not seem to matter to the Iraqi people just like thousands of years of shifting sand.
With todays super speedway media outlets, it is not a secret anymore that millions of people are aware of dinar speculating. Do we still think that if certain laws are passed, security gets better and the sects comes today that the dinar will magically increase in value with the whole world now watching this via CNN or Fox?
What are your thoughts and yes I have dinar in my possession.

i have had mine for almost 6 years Livefee...i'm in it for the duration...the long haul as they say...i thought it was a good investment back then...i still think its a good investment today..just taking a whole lot longer to revalue then i thought it would...we are dealing with one of the most corrupt governments around..even more so the the USA government....lol...seems like they have to fill their pockets before they even think about helping there people...but that being said,i am waiting and will continue to wait..because i feel, and i know its just a matter of time before it happens...IMHO...Pat

I realize My dinar post above is not in the main Iraqi thread but that was my intention. A couple of years ago, members would jump all over this topic with their opinion. Could it be that many have given up? The US doesn't seem to have the authority to get Iraq to get going. A wise man once told me this is for the long haul but I wasn't thinking in terms of 5-10-20 years.

nidya..I have visited his sight on a few occasions...IMHO,I really don't think he knows anymore then we do...he says he's been involved with the Dinar since 2005...so have I .....he also said that he has someone he knows in the CBI i think it is....i find that hard to believe.....most of the facts that he has stated are the same facts Seaview has posted in here....i know i would not send him any money if he asked ....if I were you i'd be very skeptical before i send him any money...he does make good points...but I have heard all of the same points on Rolclub also....Pat

Yep! That's what happened to us too. We couldn't open the gate. Had to wait for my hubby to push it open and our neighbor next door helped. We have another storm coming next Wed. into Thurs. or Tues. into Wed. They are not saying how much snow. I'm ready to move to Florida as soon as the RV hits
