I warned him Tiff! I told him earlier that I have been training to do a triathalon with my cousin this year, I'm down to 130lbs. and my fitness level is doing nothing but increasing. Haven't felt this good since High School. Even the old knee isn't hurting as much as it used too. He may be younger, but I think experience is gonna kick his butt!
